He conducted a survey of our authors as to their needs and use, then reported back to us with detailed recommendations, which took a holistic approach to both paid for and free to view resources.
He then helped us through discussions with Thomson Reuters Brookers and Lexis Nexis regarding contracts, and helped us with decisions.
We then got Paul back in to give an overview presentation on what we were doing, then one on one training with each author.
It was a worthwhile exercise, with an independent view. Paul was most helpful and our authors appreciated it. He worked well with us, not as a "know all".
